English Policy

This privacy policy applies to all mobile applications and related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") provided by CROSSEDGE Inc. It was last updated on September 16, 2026.

Information we collect

  • Content you create in the app — tasks, reminders and notes, together with any links and photos you attach to them.
  • An account identifier — an anonymous user ID issued by Firebase Authentication. If you choose "Sign in with Apple" to sync between your devices, we also store the user identifier provided by Apple. We do not request your name or email address.
  • Device and diagnostic information — app version, OS version, device model, time zone, and crash and performance data.
  • Subscription status — whether your Remindify Pro subscription is active. Payments themselves are processed by the Apple App Store and we never receive your payment details.

How we use it

We use the information to sync your tasks between your own devices, to display them on the Lock Screen and in Live Activities, to deliver notifications, to provide paid (Pro) features, and to find and fix crashes. We do not sell, rent or lease your information, and we do not use it for advertising or for tracking you across other companies' apps and websites.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) in the asia-northeast1 (Tokyo) region. Content is stored under your own account identifier and is not visible to other users. Photos attached to tasks are uploaded only for Remindify Pro subscribers, and only tasks that are incomplete or were completed within the last 24 hours are synchronized.

Third parties

We share the minimum information required with the following providers, each of which is bound to keep it confidential: Google (Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases). Otherwise we do not share or disclose your information with any third party, except as required by law.

Deleting your data

  • In the app — open Settings, scroll to "Information" and tap "Delete Account" (shown as "Delete Data" if you have never signed in). This permanently deletes your tasks, attached photos and synchronization records from our servers, and revokes the Sign in with Apple connection. It cannot be undone.
  • Signing out — Settings, then Account, then "Sign Out" removes the tasks and photos stored on that device. Tasks that were synchronized come back when you sign in again with the same Apple Account.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are managed in the App Store.

Security

The developer takes reasonable steps to protect any information that we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use industry-standard security measures to protect our user's information. We also regularly monitor our systems and review our security practices to ensure the highest level of security for our users.

Child Safety Policy

We strictly prohibit the posting of content that promotes Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE). This includes images, text, and any expressions that depict or promote the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

  1. Enforcement: If such content is found, we will immediately delete it without prior notice and permanently suspend the offending user's account.
  2. Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content at any time through the in-app reporting feature. We will also report to relevant authorities, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children), as required by law.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

The developer may change this privacy policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the Application and post the new privacy policy on the Application. We encourage our users to review our privacy policy regularly to stay informed about any changes.

本プライバシーポリシーは、株式会社クロスエッジ（以下「当社」）が提供するすべてのスマートフォンアプリケーションおよび関連サービス（以下「本サービス」）に適用されます。最終更新日は 2026 年 9 月 16 日です。

取得する情報

  • アプリ内で作成したコンテンツ — タスク・リマインダー・メモ、およびそれらに添付したリンクや写真。
  • アカウントの識別子 — Firebase Authentication が発行する匿名のユーザー ID。端末間で同期するために「Apple でサインイン」を利用した場合は、Apple から提供されるユーザー識別子も保存します。氏名とメールアドレスは取得しません。
  • 端末情報・診断情報 — アプリのバージョン、OS のバージョン、端末の機種、タイムゾーン、クラッシュおよびパフォーマンスの情報。
  • サブスクリプションの状態 — Remindify Pro が有効かどうか。決済自体は Apple の App Store が処理し、当社がお支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。

利用目的

取得した情報は、ご自身の端末間でのタスクの同期、ロック画面や Live Activity への表示、通知の配信、有料機能（Pro）の提供、不具合の発見と修正のために利用します。情報を販売・貸与することはなく、広告の配信や他社のアプリ・サイトをまたいだ追跡（トラッキング）にも利用しません。

保存場所

データは Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore・Cloud Storage・Cloud Functions）の asia-northeast1（東京）リージョンに保存されます。コンテンツはご自身のアカウント識別子のもとに保存され、他のユーザーから見えることはありません。タスクに添付した写真のクラウド保存は Remindify Pro をご利用の場合のみ行い、同期の対象は未完了のタスクと、完了してから 24 時間以内のタスクに限られます。

第三者への提供

次の事業者に対して、サービス提供に必要な最小限の情報を取り扱わせています。いずれも機密保持の義務を負います。Google（Firebase、Google Analytics for Firebase、Crashlytics）、RevenueCat（サブスクリプションの管理）、Apple（Apple でサインイン、App Store での購入）。これら以外には、法律で義務付けられている場合を除き、情報を第三者と共有または開示することはありません。

データの削除

  • アプリ内での削除 — 「設定」を開き、「情報」セクションの最後にある「アカウントを削除」（一度もサインインしていない場合は「データを削除」）から削除できます。サーバー上のタスク・添付した写真・同期の情報が完全に削除され、Apple でサインインの連携も解除されます。元に戻すことはできません。
  • サインアウト — 「設定」の「アカウント」から「サインアウト」を行うと、その端末に保存されたタスクと写真が削除されます。同期していたタスクは、同じ Apple ID でサインインし直すと戻ります。
  • アカウントを削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されません。解約は App Store から行ってください。

セキュリティ

開発元は、収集したあらゆる情報を損失、誤用、不正アクセス、開示、改ざん、破壊から保護するために合理的な措置を講じています。当社は、ユーザーの情報を保護するために、業界標準のセキュリティ対策を使用しています。また、当社のシステムを定期的に監視し、セキュリティ対策を見直すことで、ユーザーに対して最高レベルのセキュリティを確保しています。

児童の安全保護に関する方針

当サービスでは、児童性的虐待（CSAE）を助長するコンテンツの投稿を一切禁止します。これには児童の性的搾取や虐待を描写する画像、テキスト、およびそれらを助長する全ての表現が含まれます。

  1. 違反への対処: 該当するコンテンツを発見した場合、事前の通知なく即座に削除し、当該ユーザーのアカウントを永久停止します。
  2. 通報・報告: ユーザーはアプリ内の報告機能を通じて、不適切なコンテンツをいつでも通報できます。また、当社は法律に基づき、必要に応じて関係当局やNCMEC（全米行方不明・被搾取児童センター）等の機関に報告を行います。

本プライバシーポリシーの変更

開発元は、本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。本プライバシーポリシーを変更した場合、当社は本アプリを更新し、本アプリ上に新しいプライバシーポリシーを掲載します。ユーザーの皆様には、定期的にプライバシーポリシーを確認し、変更点を把握されることをお勧めします。
